If you make a legitimate reservation on behalf of another person, you agree that you are legally authorized to act on the other person’s behalf and you will fully disclose the Terms and Conditions of FishnHuntBooking.com to the person whom you made the reservation for. You agree that all the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete.

The fishermen, hunters or other suppliers, partners or affiliates providing fishing and hunting trips, or any other services, on this Website are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of either FishnHuntBooking.com, or Delta Hospitality LLC.  Neither FishnHuntBooking.com, nor Delta Hospitality LLC are liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such fishermen, hunters, suppliers, partners or affiliates for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Neither FishnHuntBooking.com, nor Delta Hospitality LLC has any liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

If, despite the limitation set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, FishnHuntBooking.com or Delta Hospitality LLC is found liable for any loss or damages, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services.

Any information, software products and services provided on the Website are without warranty of any kind. FishnHuuntBooking.com disclaims that any software, emails, links from and to the Website are free of viruses or other harmful components. FishnHuntBooking.com does not guarantee the accuracy of any rating or the availability of specific products and services. All ratings on the Website are subject to guests’ opinions and neither FishnHuntBooking.com nor Delta Hospitality LLC, endorses or supports them in any way. 

By uploading photos/images onto our Website, you certify warrant and agree that you own the copyright to the photo/images and that you agree that FishnHuntBooking.com may use these photo/images, at its sole discretion, at any time without further permission. FishnHuntbooking.com reserves the right to remove any content from a profile of a fisherman and/or a hunter at any time. 

Reservations and Cancellation Policies:

All bookings are final and cannot be changed, refunded, exchanged, cancelled, or transferred to another party. Your credit or debit card, or PayPal account, will be charged for the amount shown even if you do not use the booking.

If any fishermen and hunters has a cancellation policy, by making a reservation with a fisherman and hunter, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that fisherman and hunter, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the fisherman and hunter that may apply to your reservation or during your trip, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the fisherman and hunter. You agree to pay any cancellation or reservation fees that you incur. The general information, cancellation and no-show policy of each fisherman and hunter is made available on our website on the information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that a reservation may be cancelled by a fisherman or a hunter at any time. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the fisherman and hunter agree or allow otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the fisherman and hunter, (pre)payment and no-show policy and FishnHuntbooking.com cancellation policy. Sales Tax:

We collect sales and other taxes, if applicable, on behalf of fishermen and hunters. Sales and other taxes are imposed on the amount of bookings by certain jurisdictions.

Bank and Credit Card Fees:

The processing currency of FishnHuntBooking.com is US Dollars. Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you make a booking from outside the United States, you may be charged a conversion fee from your currency to US Dollars by your bank. Because of the conversion, the amount listed on your credit or bank statement may be a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on FishnHuntBooking.com.
